Bio
Hey there! I'm Julie. Ever since I was little, I've been fascinated by the world around us, and the ways I could help make people's lives better, one step at a time. These days, that takes the form of software engineering. I try to take a human-centered approach to software, combining my technical skills with a growing passion for UX Design to make things that are intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable to use.
I'm currently a Software Engineer in Canonical's Web Engineering department, where I'm primarily architecting a new internal platform and contributing to department-wide initiatives in accessibility and developer experience.
In my free time, I like cycling, PC gaming, rock & electronic music shows, and getting a little too invested in public transportation.
